We provide a full-process solution for paper laminating, integrating laminating, UV laminating, hot pressing and other processes, and supporting the precise lamination of PP/PET/OPP film materials and paper. The equipment is equipped with intelligent temperature control (adjustable from 20 to 180°C) and UV-LED curing system, with a processing speed of 25 meters per minute, laminating accuracy of ±0.15mm, and original automatic defoaming technology and electrostatic dust removal device to ensure zero defects on the surface of coated paper, cardboard and corrugated paper. It is suitable for food packaging, book covers, electronic product labels and luxury gift boxes. It is compatible with pre-coated films, water-based adhesive laminating, cold mounting and other processes, and supports roll-to-roll/single-sheet dual-mode production. The whole machine is driven by a servo motor + 7-inch touch screen control, and has passed CE/FDA dual certification
