Paper Counting Machine

We provide high-precision paper counting solutions, equipped with infrared photoelectric sensors and AI image recognition technology, to achieve dynamic counting of 50-5000 sheets/minute, and support 0.03mm thickness detection accuracy. The equipment adopts a modular design, adapts to the full-format size of A7-A3, is compatible with coated paper, cardboard, bills and other materials, and is equipped with synchronization, odd number counting, specified quantity counting and other functions, with a counting error rate of less than 0.001%. Designed for printing plants, bank bill centers, packaging companies and government archives departments. Equipped with German linear guides and Japanese servo motors, it can work continuously for 120 hours without paper jams, which is 400% more efficient than traditional mechanical counting.
