Folding Machine

We provide electric/manual dual-mode paper folding equipment, covering A3-A6 full-size paper processing, equipped with precision rollers and pressure sensing systems to achieve 0.1mm crease positioning accuracy. The electric model is equipped with a servo motor, supports a variety of preset crease modes, and has a speed of up to 1200 sheets/hour; the manual model adopts a lever labor-saving structure with a pressure adjustment range of 5-50kg. The body adopts a 304 stainless steel frame + silicone creasing wheel, suitable for 80-300g/m² coated paper, cardboard, art paper and coated materials, and has an original anti-misalignment paperboard guide to ensure the folding consistency of envelopes, brochures, greeting cards and other products. It has passed CE/ISO dual certification, equipped with emergency brakes and child locks, suitable for printing plants, design studios, schools and government printing centers, and provides folding template customization services.
